Monetary Assistance Program (MAP)
We understand that living with a brain injury can have a lot of extra costs. That is why we are working to help supplement those costs. We will cover up to $300 a year for each brain injury survivor who qualifies. The Monetary Assistance Program (MAP) is available to supplement costs directly associated with living with brain injury. Examples include adaptive modifications, wheelchair rentals, and medical bills beyond what insurance will cover. Monetary Assistance Hardship Program
The MAP Hardship application is available to supplement costs not directly associated with living with brain injury. Examples include general quality of life bills, rent, mortgage, electric, utility bills, etc. Applicants must be qualifying brain injury survivors and provide a statement that declares financial hardship.
