Laura Herald

Laura Herald is the Participant Directed Service Waiver Supervisor at Northern Kentucky Area Development District.  Laura has over 11 years of experience serving individuals of all ages with physical disabilities, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals with acquired brain injuries.  Laura is passionate about being an advocate to those in need and connecting individuals with community resources. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and Human Services from Northern Kentucky University.
